A Customer Success Rep provides excellent customer service through comprehensive product knowledge and people skills. They recognize the wireless needs of customers and assist them to achieve overall happiness and satisfaction.


Store Leader
As Store Leader you are responsible for all of the store operations and to creatively increase sales in your store. You must consider the needs of your local community and coach fellow employees in the execution of your plan.





Assistant Store Leader
As an Assistant Store Leader, you take on many of the roles and responsibilities in the store. You must help to ensure a positive experience for every customer. You also work closely with the store leader to keep the store operating smoothly and learn what it takes to be a store manager.
